When you submit a consultation request through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, project type, and project details. We do not collect information you do not voluntarily submit.
Like most websites, ordinary hosting and security systems may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and server logs as part of operating and securing the website.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information. The messages you receive from us are transactional responses to your inquiry, not automatic enrollment in promotional marketing.
Information submitted through the contact forms is stored in the website's Base44 backend. Our email provider, Resend, processes the transactional emails generated by the form. When you submit a request, you receive an automated inquiry confirmation and Falconi Developments receives an internal lead notification. These messages are transactional responses to your inquiry, not promotional marketing, and no promotional consent is requested because Falconi Developments does not currently operate an email-marketing program.
We rely on third-party service providers to operate the website and deliver transactional emails, including the Base44 backend platform and Resend for email. These providers process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services. Information may be processed by these providers outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the country in which it is processed.
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel are not currently confirmed as active on this website, and we do not claim that they are currently collecting information. If analytics or advertising cookies are installed in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before or at the same time they are introduced. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and server logs may be processed by ordinary hosting and security systems as described above.
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the website and deliver transactional emails, as described in this policy. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information where required to do so by applicable law.
We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business, legal, and record-keeping purposes for which it was collected, after which it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible. We do not apply a fixed retention period unless a verified deletion schedule is in place.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
